Messages, alerts, staff, and settings

Use customer communication for legitimate business purposes. Check the recipient, language, amount, due date, template, consent, and delivery status. Announcements should be relevant and should not expose another customer’s information.

Open each alert’s source record before acting. Resolve the underlying stock, payment, compliance, or operational issue rather than dismissing a warning without review.

Owners should grant the minimum access needed. Managers and staff receive route and action permissions through their assigned role. Review access when responsibilities change and remove access promptly when a person leaves.

Settings control identity, branding, tax, categories, payments, bill design, licenses, returns, accountant access, and account state. Review the impact before saving. Subscription-gated features display the available upgrade path.

The public profile is internet-visible. Publish only approved business contact and catalog information.
