Record a credit collection

1. Open Customers and select the customer.
2. Review the ledger and outstanding balance.
3. Choose the collection/payment action.
4. Enter amount, date, payment method, and reference.
5. Save once and confirm the balance and ledger entry.
6. Share a receipt only after verifying the entry.

Install

• Android: use the official Google Play listing.
• Web/PWA: open EntryBook in a supported browser and choose the browser’s install option when offered.
• Desktop shortcut: use the installation prompt on the EntryBook website.
• iPhone/iPad: use the supported web or App Store installation path announced by EntryBook.

Use only official EntryBook links. Keep the browser and operating system updated.
