Analytics, billing, accounting, reports, and payments

Use Analytics to study trends and performance. Confirm the selected date range and compare summary values with Billing, Accounting, or Reports before making a financial decision.

Search and review persisted sales and invoices. Correct mistakes through supported edit, return, or adjustment workflows; never create a replacement until checking whether the original transaction exists.

Record business expenses with type, date, amount, tax treatment, vendor, payment method, and evidence. Use recurring expenses only when the schedule is predictable. Reconcile records against bank and cash activity.

Confirm the financial year, filing period, GST configuration, and source transactions before exporting or filing. Validation notices must be resolved from the underlying data. Filing actions can be irreversible; use the accountant workflow where appropriate.

Payment availability depends on account eligibility and configuration. Verify intent status, settlement, refund, and reconciliation exceptions in the appropriate dashboard. Never infer success from a browser redirect alone.
